We provide tailored training and support on demand to suit company and staff needs. We can act as your system administrator or teach your system administrators to be experts in the XQ360 dashboard.

Our goal is to ensure you can focus on your actual job whilst obtaining all the details needed to manage your fleet and enforce driver accountability.

The Training is carried out in real time, we walk you through your dashboard, help you get acclimated to all the features and controls, answer questions and enable you make any changes required. Training is aimed at the System Administrators who are responsible for the day-to-day operation and maintenance of the system onsite.

The XQ360 system is intuitive and simple to use, once you are across what the system can do for you and what data you can obtain, your company will reap the benefits. Including driver accountability, electronic pre-operation checklist storage/retrieval, driver training/tracking, impact monitoring and driver statistics. The sessions are tailored to your individual needs and by the end of the session you will be able to…

  • Log into the XQ360 Dashboard to immediately access the information you need.
  • Navigate the XQ360 Dashboard so that decisions are made based on accurate, relevant, real-time information.
  • Access the Report Suite (more than 25 reports available), covering utilisation, pre-operation checklists, impacts, driver performance through vehicle servicing scheduling. You’ll learn how to manipulate the reports suit your needs and how to print, email, subscribe to and export the reports into MS Excel.
  • Set up and change the pre-op questions, determine if they are critical or non-critical and the schedule on which the checklist is to be prompted.
  • Learn how to manage vehicle calibration & impact settings. Understand how the trucks self-calibrate, how to reset the calibrations if a truck moves location or if something onsite changes. Increasing awareness of when impacts occur, how often and how serious they are enables your team to define and maintain best practices for safety of operation.

  • Control the security of your system by learning how to add and remove Administrators, Supervisors and Drivers and deny driver access where needed either by department or by specific unit.
  • Add certificate types and expiration dates so that trucks are only being operated by drivers with the correct and current training.
  • Add Alerts such as failed pre-operation checklist questions (XQ360) and red impacts so that important information relating to safety reaches the right person as soon as it happens.
  • Post-training documentation is provided to help set the learning and pass along to others and we provide follow-up analysis reports to you at the 30, 60 and 90 day milestones to help identify areas where you can improve the settings to get the best experience from the system.
