What is Fleet iQ360?

Fleet iQ360 is one of our fleet management systems that provides leading fleet data intelligence. The software has been specifically designed to be used by mixed fleets, making it the perfect telematics system for larger-scale users.

Fleet iQ360 records, compiles and presents critical data to the forklift operations manager. It can be used to ensure all pre-operation checks are complete before the forklift is put into use helping to decrease health and safety risks. Not only this but the system monitors performance and utilization levels providing more in-depth information on the fleet to the operational manager.

System Features

With its user-friendly interface the Fleet iQ360 software reports on the real-time actions and status of the forklifts and provides information on driver performance directly to the operations manager. This can be sent to either a smartphone, tablet, laptop or desktop computer; whatever the business prefers to use.

Driver access control has been implemented into the system and this only allows those individuals who are licensed, qualified and trained drivers to be able to log on and operate the forklifts. This uses either a fob, PIN or an RFID card, whichever is preferred.

Accident reporting is another key feature of Fleet iQ360. The system can recognise any form of accident to the machine, reporting on which vehicle was involved, the time of the incident and its location in the warehouse. This provides not only real-time information, but also peace of mind for the operational manager.

Fleet iQ360 prioritizes safety in the workplace, requiring pre-shift checks to be completed on a vehicle before it is cleared for use. This is entirely customisable to your business but helps to ensure you are operating in a safe and secure environment and machine.
