Providing 360 degrees proximity detection, and capable of working both indoors and outdoors without Wi-Fi or cellular connectivity, the Forklift Collision Avoidance System detects the proximity of other Forklift Trucks across multiple, preconfigured zones and ranges.
The collision risk between Forklifts is calculated approximately in real time thanks to AI-power. Audible and visual signals assist operators to act accordingly when other Forklifts are nearby and the system limits Forklifts to a safe speed in two stages.
Forklift-Pedestrian Accident Prevention System
The Forklift Pedestrian Safety System uses wearable tags to increase the safety of your people and to ensure a safe working environment. When pedestrians are closer than the preconfigured thresholds, the system limits the Forklifts to a safe speed in two stages.
Audible and visual signals assist operators to notice pedestrians nearby, even in blind spots. The wearable tags also warn the pedestrians with a vibration level that is proportional to the proximity of the Forklift.
Zone-Based Forklift Speed Control
The Zone-Based Forklift Speed Control System uses flexible speed limits to reduce the risk of accidents in tight and busy areas such as narrow corridors, intersections and zones with high pedestrian activity and density.
All of the above imposes a higher risk of accidents, so the system uses automatic speed control rules and installed anchor points to provide an infrastructure for real time indoor tracking.
Real Time High Precision Indoor Tracking
Using the same infrastructure installed for collision avoidance, you can track Forklifts, Automated Guided Vehicles (AGVs), Mobile Equipment, assets and people through the Trio Mobil IoT platform dashboard.
